Great Read For All Supervisors… Since my fiance and I are in the process of starting our own business and we will both be supervising employees for the first time in an office setting versus just being a “team leader” or something of the sorts in everyday jobs, I was very excited to read this book. I loved how easy it was to read. There weren’t terms that I didn’t understand and it made it very simple for someone who has never worked in HR or in any type of upper level management to get some great ideas. I liked the concepts so much that I had my fiance and his best friend read it as well. I can honestly say, I’ve worked for quite a few supervisors in my life so far who would benefit greatly by reading this book! If my fiance and I are ever in a position to hire someone to run our business for us, they will be required to read this book before starting the job!
